A typical session lasts between 3 and 7 hours, allowing ample time for a thorough and meaningful experience. We begin with a relaxed, in-depth conversation about your current situation and what you hope to gain from the session. This is an important opportunity to reflect on your emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing, as well as any changes or improvements you would like to achieve. We may also discuss key relationships in your life, as recurring connections and dynamics can sometimes play a significant role in your experiences.
When the hypnosis portion begins, you will be gently guided into a deeply relaxed state using calming visualisation techniques. From there, you may be guided to explore a past life that is relevant to your current circumstances. In some cases, you may instead be shown meaningful moments from your present life, or symbolic experiences designed to help you better understand your inner world. Whatever unfolds during your session is always uniquely relevant to you and your personal journey.
Following this exploration, we invite communication with your Higher Self—the wise and all-knowing part of you that holds a deeper awareness of your life, your experiences, and your purpose. Your Higher Self guides the session with clarity and compassion, offering insight, understanding, and support tailored specifically to you.
With your Higher Self’s guidance, deeper healing work can take place. Clients often experience relief from emotional or physical discomfort, gain clarity on life challenges, and develop a stronger sense of direction. Connections may be made between past and present experiences, helping you release old patterns, trauma, or limiting beliefs. You may also receive simple, personalised guidance or practices to support continued growth after the session.
This stage of the session also provides an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your life, your path, or any areas where you are seeking clarity.
Once the session is complete, you will be gently guided back to full awareness, feeling calm, grounded, and refreshed.

As sessions are conducted during the day and can last several hours, phone consultations are typically scheduled in the evening. I will do my best to accommodate a time that works for you.
