Most people can be guided into hypnosis with ease, although individual experiences may vary. Some people naturally enter a hypnotic state quickly, while others may require a little more time, patience, and gentle guidance.
A helpful indicator is your ability to relax and engage your imagination. If you find it easy to visualise, daydream, or become absorbed in your thoughts, you are likely to enter hypnosis quite naturally. If you tend to have a more analytical or logical mind and find visualisation more challenging, it may simply take a little additional practice to allow your mind to settle into a relaxed, receptive state.
With the right approach and a comfortable environment, most people are able to achieve a successful and meaningful experience.

Most clients remain aware throughout their QHHT session. In fact, around 80% of people describe the experience as similar to a very vivid daydream. In this state, you are able to clearly describe what you see, feel, and experience. When communication with your Higher Self begins, many people feel as though they are calmly observing and listening while receiving the answers they have been seeking.
For approximately 20% of clients, the experience is much deeper, and they may have little to no conscious recollection of the session. In these cases, time often feels as though it has passed very quickly—what may have been several hours can feel like only minutes.
Whichever experience you have, this is completely normal, and both are equally effective.
Your entire session will be recorded and provided to you afterward. It is highly recommended that you listen to the recording—ideally more than once. You may find that certain insights or messages resonate more deeply over time, as you begin to process and integrate the information shared by your Higher Self into your daily life.

This is a very common question. During a QHHT session, your Higher Self communicates through you. It uses your own voice, speaking via your vocal cords in a natural and effortless way.
Many clients notice that the tone, rhythm, or choice of words may feel slightly different from their everyday speech. This can feel surprising at first, but it is a normal part of the experience.
Your Higher Self already communicates with you in your daily life—often through intuition, gut feelings, sudden insights, or moments of clarity. In a QHHT session, this connection simply becomes more direct, focused, and precise, allowing clear and meaningful communication to take place.
You remain safe, aware, and supported throughout the entire process.

Most people feel more relaxed and comfortable in familiar surroundings, which is why I typically recommend sessions take place in your own home or a space where you feel at ease and free from interruptions for the duration of the session.
I am happy to travel to you within the London and Birmingham areas. If you would prefer a neutral setting, I can also arrange a suitable venue in the Enfield area of London.
The most important factor is that you feel safe, comfortable, and able to fully relax, as this supports the best possible experience during your session.

To prepare for your QHHT session, it is important to take some time for quiet reflection. Consider where you are in your life at present and where you would like your life to be in the future. This awareness will help you gain deeper insight and make your session more meaningful.
During the session, you will have the opportunity to receive answers to your questions through your Higher Self — the part of you that holds a deep understanding of your current life and past experiences.
To support this process, it is highly recommended that you write a list of questions in advance. These questions can focus on your life purpose, personal direction, relationships, or any areas where you are seeking clarity or guidance.
Your prepared questions will be brought into the session, allowing you to gain the insight and understanding you need to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Each QHHT session is priced at £250.
Once you have decided that QHHT is the right approach for you and wish to book a suitable date and time, a £100 deposit will be required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance of £150 is payable on the day of your session.
